What drew you to GMP originally?
I was eager to gain the experience that GMP had to offer. I thought there was a great foundation to the operations on the plant floor, but that a fresh perspective could help implement the LEAN manufacturing principles that I am so passionate about. This was the perfect place to foster growth in this early part of my career.
How long have you worked at GMP?
I have worked at GMP for about 9 months already (time flies when you’re having fun!)
What is your favorite part about working for GMP?
My favorite thing about my job is seeing the improvements we’ve implemented make a positive difference in people’s jobs.
What has been your favorite project so far?
I try to focus my work on the simple concept of making my coworkers’ lives easier, so my favorite projects involve simplifying processes, making operations go smoother, and getting people excited about LEAN manufacturing!
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I love to sing! My very first job was performing in a Cleveland black box theatre in musicals and cabarets. Being a very practical person, I decided to leave my dreams of Broadway in the past and reserve my performances for places like the car and shower.
